We all want to be taken seriously, and we all want to make people feel as though they are important and valuable. We also want to make people feel like they can trust and rely on us.
By taking care of customers and making them feel at home and comfortable, you will have a far greater chance of them telling you when they are satisfied with your work. This will lead to the next step of making customers feel more confident in doing business with you, which will lead to even more sales.
