One of the tools that I have used in my career is a matrix. I have gone through a few instances where I have been asked to fill out this form with questions or a list of questions. It is a time consuming experience, but it sure is fun. In fact, I have been asked to do this for a few times. The first time was for an interview. The second was for an job application. The third time was for a marketing presentation.

The matrix is just a visual representation of a spreadsheet. It’s the same thing as a spreadsheet, but it’s easier to do. To keep your spreadsheet “readable”, you’re going to have to read it all the time.
