lets get down to business mulan

So this week I’m giving you the opportunity to be the first to comment on and link to my blog. I know it can be a daunting task to do, but I do it anyway.

I am sure I can’t even say why I do it, but I do. I want new people to read this blog. I want you to take advantage of this opportunity and join the ranks of my readers. If you are willing to take the plunge, I hope you take advantage of this opportunity to connect with other readers. I need you to take the first step and leave a comment on this blog and link to my blog in each comment.

I’m going to try to keep this post as short and sweet as possible, and hopefully it will become your new favorite link building technique to use on your next blog post. Let’s get down to business.

A lot of the link building techniques that we share are based around creating a “hot” link. For example, if you have a blog post titled “How to Make Money from Amazon”, I will provide you with a link to my blog in the comments and you can make a few more sales without having to do any extra work.

The other thing that link building techniques offer is the ability to drive traffic to your site. There are two ways to do this: Paid links or links from other websites. If you have a blog post about a product or service, and you are in the marketing, selling and promoting department, it’s not a bad idea to link to my post on Amazon or any other website I mention in the post. It is easy and quick to do.

I’m not going to lie, I do this a lot. I’m a sales rep and I do this when I know someone would buy something from me and I have free advertising to drive traffic to my site. I don’t really use paid links, but I’m sure there are plenty of people who do.

I use Amazon links when I know someone would buy something from Amazon and I have a link to a price match I can use. I use Yahoo and others when I know someone would buy something from me and I have a link to a price match I can use. Some of these links are affiliate links, so if you buy something from me, I make a profit off your purchase. But there are many people, myself included, that don’t use these methods for reasons beyond laziness.

I have used Amazon links on many, many occasions and have never had a negative response. I have used Yahoo and others when I know someone would buy something from me and I have a link to a price match I can use, but these links are usually affiliate links that make me a small profit off your purchase. The most common reason for not using these links is a lack of understanding of how they work.

In the case of Amazon, you are only getting a small piece of the sale. The money you make is coming directly from the customer, not from the affiliate.

This is an interesting topic because the links that are used by affiliates to make small amounts of money on Amazon are often affiliate links that are hidden in a search result. They are not the same as the links you would get from buying a product from a store like say Amazon.com. Instead, these are the links that make Amazon a better online shopping experience. They are links that are not meant to be clicked.
